The 2026 ENFINITE Conference & Trade Show will be held November 11-14, 2026 in Palm Springs, CA. ENFINITE’s industry events are the most effective way to connect with your peers and expand your business.

Topics to Be Covered
Hotel & Travel
The 2026 ENFINITE Conference & Trade Show will be held at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas in Palm Springs, California. The deadline to book in the block of discounted rooms is October 19, 2026.
Room Rate:
$289 + $10/night resort fee (reduced from $45.00) = $299/night plus tax per room, per night.

Golf
Join your ENFINITE colleagues on the the golf course on the afternoon of Thursday, November 12, 2026 for the 35th Annual ENFINITE Golf Tournament brought to you by DEXSIL. The tournament will take place onsite at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas following the conference sessions on Thursday. A hosted awards reception, sponsored by Dexsil, follows the tournament.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy
All registration fees must be paid in full prior to the event. ENFINITE reserves the right to add a $50 late payment fee to the regular/onsite rate if the registration fee is not paid in full prior to the event.
Attendee Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made prior to September 4 will be refunded at 100% of the registration fee. Cancellations between September 4 and October 24 will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee. All cancellations after October 24 will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations after May 12 and no shows will not be refunded.
Cancellations must be made in writing to kim@enfinite.org. In the case of cancellations, registration fees may be fully applied to sponsorships. Name changes on registrations are allowed. Contact ENFINITE for details.
