Overview
The 2026 ENFINITE Conference & Trade Show will be held November 11-14, 2026 in Palm Springs, CA. ENFINITE’s industry events are the most effective way to connect with your peers and expand your business.
ENFINITE events are quality over quantity. Senior level representatives from ENFINITE member companies make up the vast majority of attendees.

Registration

Exhibit
The ENFINITE Conference & Trade Show provides you a setting to interact at a high-level with the actual decision makers at these companies. You will have the opportunity to connect with these industry leaders throughout the Conference during informational sessions and at receptions, as well as in your booth at the Trade Show. The 2026 ENFINITE Conference & Trade Show will be held at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas in Palm Springs, California. The deadline to book in the block of discounted rooms is October 19, 2026.
Room Rate:
$289 + $10/night resort fee (reduced from $45.00) = $299/night plus tax per room, per night.
ENFINITE is aware that availability is limited on some nights in the block and is actively working toward adding more rooms.

35th Annual ENFINITE Golf Tournament

Join your ENFINITE colleagues on the the golf course on the afternoon of Thursday, November 12, 2026 for the 35th Annual ENFINITE Golf Tournament brought to you by DEXSIL.
The tournament will take place on the Celebrity Course at the Indian Wells Golf Resort following the conference sessions on Thursday. A hosted awards reception, sponsored by Dexsil, follows the tournament.
Thursday Tour
ENFINITE Private Safari at The Living Desert

Join your ENFINITE colleagues for an unforgettable afternoon at The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens and experience the Zoo in a whole new way on a private guided safari tour exclusively for ENFINITE guests.
We will depart the Grand Hyatt by private motorcoach as a group. Upon arrival at The Living Desert, we’ll board our private safari shuttle for a dynamic two-hour journey through the Zoo led by our personal guide. Along the way, you’ll discover fascinating animal facts, hear stories about the Zoo and its history, and get an insider’s look at the wildlife and habitats that make The Living Desert one of the Coachella Valley’s most unique attractions.
One of the afternoon’s highlights will be a visit to the giraffe habitat, where you’ll have the opportunity to personally feed one of the world’s tallest mammals. Get your camera ready—you’ll be close enough to come nose-to-nose with these remarkable animals for a truly memorable experience.
We’ll conclude our safari with drinks on the patio overlooking the bighorn sheep habitat—the perfect setting to relax, enjoy the desert surroundings, and spend time with fellow ENFINITE members before returning to the hotel.

Friday Outing
ENFINITE Desert Adventure: San Andreas Fault Jeep Tour
Friday, November 13

There may not be much fishing in the desert, but we’ve found the next best way to spend a Friday afternoon: join your ENFINITE colleagues for a private San Andreas Fault Jeep Tour and experience one of the Palm Springs area’s most fascinating landscapes from the seat of a classic open-air Jeep.
Naturalist guides will take the group off the beaten path and into the desert surrounding the legendary San Andreas Fault, where dramatic geology, rugged canyons and the unique desert environment tell a story millions of years in the making. Along the way, there will be stops for interpretive talks, nature walks and short hikes while learning about the forces that shaped this remarkable landscape.
Travel will be in 7-passenger open-air Jeeps, giving everyone a front-row seat to the scenery — and plenty of opportunity to enjoy the ride with fellow ENFINITE members.
And because no ENFINITE Friday afternoon outing would be complete without a little time to relax, the desert adventure will finish with a private refreshment stop featuring beer, soft drinks, water and outdoor games.

Casino Night
Roll the Dice at the ENFINITE 2026 Closing Party
Friday, November 13
6:00 PM–10:00 PM
Wrap up the ENFINITE Conference with one final night of networking at Casino Night.
On Friday evening, we’ll trade the conference sessions for casino tables and a little friendly competition as we take over the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells for one final night together.
Try your luck at Blackjack, Roulette, Craps and other classic casino games, or simply grab a drink, catch up with friends and enjoy the evening. Whether you’re a seasoned card player or have no idea when to hit or stand, Casino Night is all about having fun and celebrating another great ENFINITE Conference.
The Closing Party is included with all Conference registrations, including registered attendees, exhibitors, speakers and spouse/companions.
Admission to the Party
Wristbands are required for admission and may be picked up at the ENFINITE Registration Desk on Wednesday or Thursday when you pick up your conference name badge. Drink tickets will be provided with your wristband.
Bringing a Spouse or Companion?
Spouses and companions who are not already registered for the Conference must register in advance to attend the Closing Party.
Spouse/Companion registrations are available only for spouses and companions of registered attendees and may not be used for employees of an attending company.
All guests must be registered in advance for the Closing Party.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy
All registration fees must be paid in full prior to the event. ENFINITE reserves the right to add a $50 late payment fee to the regular/onsite rate if the registration fee is not paid in full prior to the event.
Attendee Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made prior to September 4 will be refunded at 100% of the registration fee. Cancellations between September 4 and October 24 will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee. All cancellations after October 24 will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations after October 24 and no shows will not be refunded.
Cancellations must be made in writing to kim@enfinite.org. In the case of cancellations, registration fees may be fully applied to sponsorships. Name changes on registrations are allowed. Contact ENFINITE for details.
